About
Anne Marie Chow
I am an educator, leader, and researcher committed to supporting teachers and school communities to thrive. I currently serve as an adjunct instructor in Educational Leadership at Seattle Pacific University and continue to work alongside educators and leaders through coaching, collaboration, and professional learning.
My work is grounded in a deep belief that we are smarter together. With experience spanning international K–12 contexts and leadership roles, I am passionate about creating the conditions where both students and educators can grow in confidence, agency, and purpose. As a former middle school vice principal and classroom teacher, I have seen firsthand the power of strong relationships, thoughtful systems, and collective efficacy in shaping meaningful learning environments.
My research focuses on leadership practices that foster collective teacher efficacy, particularly in refugee education contexts. Through this work, I explore how leaders can intentionally cultivate trust, shared purpose, and professional growth to strengthen outcomes for both teachers and students.
This space extends that work. A place to share ideas, reflect on practice, and invite conversation with others who are committed to learning, leading, and growing together.
